SecureMint (securemint.app) is a web-based security toolkit operated by Netwiz LLC. Free features (file encryption, password generator) are processed entirely within the user's browser. Pro features (secure file sharing, metadata removal) may involve server communication.

Article 2: Terms of Use

Users agree to:

• Not use the service for distributing malware or illegal content
• Not share files that infringe on third-party rights
• Not engage in automated abuse or excessive use
• Not attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering

Article 3: Paid Plans

The Pro plan is a subscription ($3.99/month or $39.99/year) charged via credit card. It includes a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you will not be charged. Subscriptions automatically renew, but users may cancel anytime from account settings. Refunds are not available after billing.

Article 4: Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. While we implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM), no security measure is absolute. We disclaim liability for unauthorized access due to weak passwords, data loss, or any damages arising from the use of this service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

Netwiz LLC retains all rights to the software, design, and content. Users retain ownership of their uploaded files.

Article 6: Service Changes

Netwiz LLC may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to paid features will be communicated via email.

Article 7: Terms Modifications

Terms updates take effect immediately upon publication without prior notification.

Article 8: Governing Law

Japanese law governs these terms, with the Tokyo District Court holding exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
